We want you to love your skincare products from Shop Nutri Pure. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchanges:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
Exchange Process:

Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@shopnutripure.com.

Return the Product: After receiving your exchange request, we will send you instructions on how to return the product. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer.

Receive Your Exchange: Once we’ve received the returned product, we’ll send the replacement product at no extra charge.
Note: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective.
